How to create a PromoTix attendee account

Learn how to sign up for a free PromoTix attendee account to browse upcoming events, manage your tickets, and more.

1. Visit the sign up link

To sign up for a PromoTix Attendee account, visit this link: https://app.promotix.com/user/signup

2. Fill in your account information

Enter in your first & last name, email address, and create a password. Click the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

3. Click on the "Event attendee" option

To create an attendee account, select the Event attendee optionWith this option you can buy, manage or resell tickets to events.

4. Verify your email address

Congratulations! You've created your PromoTix Attendee account.

In order to manage your tickets, you will first need to verify your email address. To do this, check your email inbox and click on the verification button inside of the email.

TIP: If you can't find the verification email, check your spam and junk folders.
