When you sell tickets online there may be an instance where you need to stop or extend your ticket sales. Here are the simple guidelines to help you update your tickets end sale date/time details:
1. Log in to your PromoTix account
2. Click on your event title
2. Navigate to "Ticket types" and click on the "Options" for each ticket type. Here you can now change the "End sale date" and "End sale time" of your event.
*Note: In the case that you update your Event end time, you will also need to update the ticket sale end date/time.
Scroll to the bottom of your screen and click on the "Save and Continue" button.
