How to resend confirmation emails

When you sell tickets online, your attendees automatically receive their confirmation emails after purchasing your event tickets. In case you need to resend their confirmation email, you can simply follow these simple steps: 

NOTE: you can also resend confirmation emails using the PromoTix Organizer mobile app. For the purposes of this tutorial, we will be using the PromoTix web application.

1. Select your event and go to "Orders". Locate your attendee details by using any of the filter options.

2. From the  "Actions"drop-down menu click on "Resend Confirmation".

To resend the confirmation emails for your guests or for complimentary tickets:

1. Select your event and go to "Guest List" tab. You can search for your guest either by name or email address, by the ticket types, or by guest list, or alphabetically in ascending or descending order.

2. Click on the "Actions" dropdown menu, and then click on "Resend Confirmation Email."
