It's easy for confirmation emails to get lost. If you ever need to resend a confirmation email to one of your attendees, this tutorial will show you how.
NOTE: you can also resend confirmation emails using the PromoTix Organizer mobile app. For the purposes of this tutorial, we will be using the PromoTix web application.
1. Select your event and go to "Orders"
2. Locate an order and click "Resend Confirmation"
Using the filters at the top of the screen, locate the order that you need to edit details for. Once you've found it, click on the "Actions" dropdown menu, and then click on "Resend Confirmation."
That's it! The original confirmation email with tickets will be resent to the purchaser's email address.
3. How to resend a confirmation email to a guest
If you need to resend a confirmation email to a guest, first click on the "Guest List" tab.
Then, use the search bar at the top of the screen to find the guest you are looking for. Click on the "Actions" dropdown menu, and then click on "Resend Confirmation Email."
That's it! The original confirmation email with tickets will be resent to the guest's email address.
