And that is why we created this blog: to help you market your event utilizing tools you may not have thought of. After reading through this complied list, you will be marketing your event in numerous places in no time—effortlessly.

SponsorParty is not only a great place to post your event for marketing where potential attendees can find it, but it's also a great place to market your event to potential sponsors. You can list your event for free on SponsorParty and include your different opportunities for sponsorship. 6. City News Websites
Many news websites would love to promote your event on their website. Not only does this drive traffic to their site, but they also like to stay up to date with what is going on in their city. My best advice would be to search “post an event in (your city’s name)” online and see what comes up. You will likely find a handful of local resources to reach out to.

17. Instagram
You can market your event on Instagram by sharing it on your personal pages, business pages, and stories. Similarly to Twitter, use hashtags to gain more traction on your post. Tag the venue, speakers, musicians, caters, etc., so they can repost your event and share it with a larger audience.
18. YouTube
If you are video savvy, then YouTube might be the website for you. Using YouTube can help you think outside the box and grab your audience’s attention. First, you should create a teaser video for your event and upload it to your YouTube channel, and then share it on your social media pages for more views.
