How to attach location data to your photos

(Last Updated 2/22/22) When uploading photos to the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app, your event organizer may want to see the exact locations of where your photos were taken. In order to attach location data to your photos, there are certain settings that need to be activated on your device before taking them. Here are the instructions: 1. (iOS) Open your settings app, and then tap on "Privacy" 2. (iOS) Tap on "Location Services" 3. (iOS) Enable Location Services, and then tap on "Camera" 4. (iOS) Select "While Using the App," and enable "Precise Location" Congratulations! You are now ready to take photos and upload them to the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app. Location data will be attached to all of your photos. 1. (Android) Open Camera app, and then open settings NOTE: instructions may differ depending on your Android device. Most of the time, location permissions can be found in your Camera app. 2. (Android) Tap on "save settings" 3. (Android) Enable "Save location" setting Congratulations! (Last Updated 12/30/21) Learn how to upload photos to earn awards on the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app. IMPORTANT: in order for your event organizer to see where your uploaded photos were taken, you will need to turn on location permissions on your device's camera app. iOS 👉 Open your settings app. Tap on "Privacy," and then tap on "Location Services." Tap on "Camera," and then select "While Using the App." Android 👉 Open your Camera app, and then navigate to your camera settings. Look for the "Location tag" or "Save location" setting, and then enable it. 1. View an active ambassador program that you have joined Tap on the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the screen to open up the drawer. From there, follow these two steps to view an active ambassador program that you have joined: Tap on the "Programs" tab. Tap on an active ambassador program. 2. Tap on the "Earn awards" button Scroll down and then tap on the "Earn awards" button. 3. Tap on the "Upload" button If your event organizer is offering an award that requires you to upload photos, you will see an "Upload" button next to the task. Tap on the button to upload your first photo. NOTE: there may be multiple awards that require you to upload photos. Start by scrolling through all of the awards, and then starting working on the award that you would like to earn first. 4. Select either the camera or gallery option Select the "Camera" option to take photos using your camera, and select the "Gallery" option to upload photos from your gallery. You can upload up to (5) photos at a time from your gallery. NOTE: once a photo is uploaded it can only be deleted by the event organizer, so double check your photos before you upload them! How to share social media posts as a PromoTix ambassador

(Last Updated 12/29/21) Using the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app, you can earn awards by promoting events on social media and tracking your posts in the app. The PromoTix Ambassador mobile app is currently integrated with the following social media platforms: Facebook Twitter Instagram 1. Connect your social media accounts In order to track your social media posts, you will need to connect your social media accounts to the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app. If you do not connect an account, you simply won't be able to track your posts for that particular platform. While logged in to the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the screen. Tap on the small gear icon. Scroll down until you see the "Facebook account URL" and "Instagram account URL" fields. Copy and paste your Facebook account URL into the field. TIP: login to your Facebook account using a web browser, view your profile, and then copy the URL. Copy and paste your Instagram account URL into the field. TIP: login to your Instagram account using a web browser, view your profile, and then copy the URL. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and then tap on "Save." To connect your Twitter account: Tap on the "Notifications" tab at the top of the screen. Tap on the "Connect" button next to the Twitter logo. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your Twitter account. 1. (Last Updated 12/29/21) Learn how to sell tickets as a PromoTix ambassador to start earning commission and awards for your favorite events. 1. View an active ambassador program that you have joined Once logged in to the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app, tap on the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the screen to open up the drawer. From there, follow these two steps to view an active ambassador program that you have joined: Tap on the "Programs" tab Tap on an active ambassador program 2. (Method 1) Use the point-of-sale system Using the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app, you can sell tickets to your friends in-person using the point-of-sale system. Simply follow these steps: Tap on the "Open sales" button. NOTE: if your ambassador program has disabled ticket sales, then you will not be able to access this button. Add tickets to the shopping cart. Enter in your customer's information on the "Buyer Info" screen. IMPORTANT: double check that the buyer's email address is correct, because this is how your customer will receive their ticket(s). If you are selling multiple tickets for different attendees, you can enter in each attendee's information on the "Ticket Info" step. On the Payment screen, enter in your customer's credit card information, or tap on the "Accept cash" option to accept cash. IMPORTANT: when selling tickets for cash, your credit card attached to your PromoTix account will be charged, minus any commission earned. NOTE: you can see how much commission you will earn on an order before processing it. 3. (Method 2) Share your affiliate link with friends When you join an ambassador program, you will automatically be given a unique tracking link that you can share with your friends to earn credit on tickets that they buy. To copy your affiliate link, simply click on the "My affiliate link" button. NOTE: if your ambassador program has disabled ticket sales, then you will not be able to access this button. 4. (Method 3) Send automated email reminders If one of your friends isn't ready to purchase ticket(s) yet, you can enroll them in an automated email sequence which will send every 48 hours. Once your friend completes their purchase, you will be notified and receive credit for the sale. Your friend will also be automatically unenrolled from the email sequence after completing their purchase. You can manage email reminders you've sent, and manually unenroll recipients at any time. To enroll one of your friends in an automated email sequence: On the ambassador program screen, scroll down until you see the "Email Reminders" section. NOTE: if your ambassador program has disabled ticket sales, then you will not be able to access email reminders. Tap on the "+ New" button. Enter in your friend's name and email address. Tap on the "Send email reminder" button. 4. Don't forget to use your ticket sales to earn additional awards In addition to earning commission, your event organizer may be offering special awards if you sell a certain number of tickets. You can credit your ticket sales towards these awards. To credit your ticket sales towards an award: On the ambassador program screen, scroll down and then tap on the "Earn awards" button. Find a "Ticket Sales" task, located below an award you would like to earn. If you have sold tickets that haven't been credited to an award yet, then the button next to the task will say "Tap Here!" A 👉 Choose this option if you already have an ambassador program in mind that you would like to join. Enter in the program code for that ambassador program in the text field. B 👉 Choose this option if you would like to simply browse ambassador programs in your area. On the next screen, you will be asked to provide your location in order to connect you with ambassador programs in your area. C 👉 Choose this option to go straight to your Dashboard. 3. Explore the App and start earning awards Time to start joining ambassador programs, and earning your awards! How to get paid your commissions

Login to the PromoTix Ambassador Mobile App Login to the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app using your PromoTix account. To sign up for a PromoTix Attendee account, visit this link: https://promosuite.promotixapp.com/user/signup To download the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app, visit one of these links: iOS App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/promojuice-ambassador/id1538620863 Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ksolves.promojuice_ambassador&hl=en_US&gl=US 2. Tap on your commissions tab Access the Drawer by tapping on the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and then tap on your "Commissions" tab. 3. Tap on "Transfer to Bank" Tap on the "Transfer to Bank" button to initiate a transfer from PromoTix to your bank account. A 👉 This is the total lifetime commission you have earned using the PromoTix Ambassador mobile app. B 👉 This is the amount of commission you have earned that is being held by PromoTix, and has not been paid out to you yet. NOTE: Whenever you sell an order for cash, your PromoTix balance will not increase. This is because your credit card on file will be charged for the total order value minus any commission that you have earned. This way, you keep the cash and your commission is paid instantly. 4. Initiate the bank transfer NOTE: You may be prompted to connect your bank account if you have not already done so. NOTE: Only US bank accounts are supported at this time. If you have earned commission in a currency other than USD, please contact us to request a manual payout. Tap on the "Initiate Transfer" button to complete your payout. Every time you earn commission, there is a 7-day waiting period before funds can be transferred, so keep in mind that you may not be able to transfer your entire balance at once.
